"Blue Coral Landing" offers Waterfront view from the living room, dining room, second-floor master bedroom and the front porch. The living room and kitchen feature partial cathedral ceilings. Furnishings are contemporary and include a music center as well as a Florida TV/VCR/DVD. The fabrics are bright to complement the pastel interior paint scheme.

Air conditioning cools the home in warmer weather. There are ceiling fans throughout. In cooler weather you can open the doors and windows to catch the sea breeze.

Blue Coral Landing is located in the Settlement, with a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. Most Restaurants, bars and stores are in walking distance. A protected beach on the Sea of Abaco is virtually just beyond Blue Coral Landing's front door, while a three-minute walk across the island takes you to Guana's broad, 4-mile-long Atlantic beach.

You can fish or tie up your boat at Blue Coral Landing's shared dock right in front of the house. The water depth at the end of the dock is about 3' at low tide.
