Great Guana Cay, Abaco
Great Guana Cay is a charming 7 mile long cay in the chain of cays outside of Great Abaco and Marsh Harbour. With only 100 locals and about 200 second home owners, you'll soon get to know a lot of people. We always give each other a friendly wave when our golf carts meet on the road. You can walk to the Atlantic Ocean beach along most of the cay from anywhere on the island. There is room for more nice people, and newcomers are warmly welcomed. Whether you are interested in purchasing an existing home, cottage or vacant land, you'll probably love the relaxed and friendly atmoshpere on Guana Cay.
