We manage vacation rental homes, and have vacant land for sale. We also have a nursery.
You'll find that Great Guana Cay is perfect for recreation.
Our local grocery store has a good selection of most things you need to prepare great meals on board. Fresh vegetables come in on Thursdays. Meat and fish come frozen. Home made cakes and bread can also be found.
Then take a stroll up to Nipper's Beach Bar or have lunch at Grabber's at Sunset. Eat, drink and party by the beach while you watch people. You will probably be amazed at how many tourists find their way to Guana Cay to party at Nipper's and Grabbers.
You will find gifts, clothing and some craft in the Marina office at Orchid Bay. Nipper's and Grabbers also have gifts, and are all in walking distance to the Marina.
You can book a day or two of scuba diving with Dive Guana located on the front street of the harbour. They have all the gear you need and know where to go to have a fantastic dive experience.
You can either go on a snorkeling trip by boat with Dive Guana, or snorkle on your own straight from the Atlantic Ocean beach. There are a few interesting coral reefs only a hundred yards from the beach.
If you want to chill out and lounge by a pool in beautiful surroundings, you can do that right here in Orchid Bay. You can also chill out in the shade of the gazebo by the dock.
The beaches on Guana Cay are spectacular! They stretch for miles and miles.
The sunsets in Guana Cay are often spectacular. Watch the sunset from the deck. Or at Grabber's at the other end of the road to the Marina. Stargazing at night is also amazing, because there are so few light sources on the island.
