Section 3 occupies the southeastern corner of San Salvador and is one of the island's most secluded and unspoiled areas. It borders the beautiful Pigeon Creek, a protected marine park that stretches along much of its western and northern boundary. Pigeon Creek is one of San Salvador's ecological treasures. Its shallow, crystal-clear waters and extensive mangrove system provide an important nursery for countless species of fish, conch, lobster, turtles, rays, and seabirds. For anyone who appreciates nature, kayaking, paddleboarding, birdwatching, or simply enjoying peaceful waterfront scenery, this area is truly special.

As you drive toward Section 3, the coastline changes dramatically. Rocky shoreline gives way to Harris Bay, a beautiful stretch of beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Turning north, you arrive at Snow Bay, one of San Salvador's most picturesque beaches.

Just offshore lie three privately owned cays High Cay, Middle Cay, and Low Cay, adding another unique feature to this spectacular coastline. Their presence creates an ever-changing seascape that is unlike anywhere else on the island.

Further into Section 3, the road reaches the entrance to Pigeon Creek, where the creek meets the ocean. Waterfront properties along the elevated ridge enjoy magnificent views across the protected waters and cooling sea breezes throughout the year.

The shallow water is best suited to smaller boats, kayaks, paddleboards, and flats boats. Larger boats can navigate farther into the wider sections of Pigeon Creek, where there is also a public boat ramp used by local fishermen and recreational boaters.

Section 3 offers a wonderful variety of homesites. Only 9 second homes are located here, plus Guanahani Beach Resort. Buyers can choose from beachfront lots, waterfront lots overlooking Pigeon Creek, lots just a short stroll from the beach, or more secluded inland parcels surrounded by native vegetation.
