Unni has lived on Guana Cay for 12 years and knows the cay and the people well. She has been working as a real estate professional for over 6 years, with specialty in video and photos for real estate. She has also helped a lot of second home owners with photos/video/drone and websites for rental income, both on Guana, in Hope Town and on Man-O-War. After documenting Hurricane Dorian's impact on Guana Cay in photos and videos (photos resulting in a coffee table book) she relocated to Nassau where it is easier to communicate with her, but she travels back and forth between Nassau and Guana Cay.
